Pre-Event Planning
We assess your venue, expected attendance, ingress and egress routes, adjacent road conditions, and any temporary closure requirements. A detailed traffic coordination plan is developed before a single cone hits the pavement.
Permit Coordination
We liaise with local municipal authorities to secure the required road use and closure permits — handling the paperwork so your team doesn't have to.
Setup & Deployment
On event day, TrafficIQ deploys certified TCPs at key access points, manages vehicle and pedestrian separation, and oversees any temporary road closures for the duration of the event.
Wrap & Clearance
When the event ends, we manage traffic dispersal and teardown — ensuring roads return to normal operation cleanly and safely.
