Flagging & Site Services
Certified TCPs on the ground — keeping your crew safe and traffic moving.
Boots on the ground
Every active work zone needs trained, certified personnel on site. TrafficIQ deploys certified Traffic Control Persons (TCPs) across Alberta and British Columbia, managing vehicle and pedestrian flow shift to shift for the life of your project.
How it works
Coverage that doesn't slip between shifts.
Pre-Shift Briefing
TCPs arrive on site, review the traffic control plan, assess current conditions, and confirm setup before the shift begins.
Active Traffic Direction
On-site TCPs direct vehicles and pedestrians through the work zone — managing lane alternation, maintaining safe gaps, and monitoring for hazards in real time.
Coordination & Communication
Our personnel coordinate with your site crew, other TCPs, and relevant authorities via two-way radio, keeping the full zone running in sync.
End-of-Shift Handoff
At shift change or project completion, TCPs complete a proper handoff or controlled teardown — no gaps in coverage.
